Not included in quoted price - Replacement or supply of valves, main HT decoupling capacitor (smoothing capacitor) or any missing parts (report will be given with advice on how to rectify any found missing parts, cables or faulty components) not covered in the service - ie -broken sockets or connectors, broken or damaged pots. Or faulty filter coil. Please note if your amplifier has been previously modified, this may alter the work that is required. You will be advised if this is the case. 
Return tracked postage within the U.K is included in the price. 
Overseas - You must contact us first for return shipping quote before proceeding.
We envisage depending on work capacity, that we can return your overhauled amplifier to you within a two week period, from receiving the item. We ask that senders ensure that their amplifier is sent to us tracked and signed. And we receive the tracking number please. 
We can also offer a finishing respray service for your amplifier POA. This process takes between one to two weeks to complete, depending on condition. Picture four is a refinished QC2 front panel.

Buyer to pay additional overseas postage to return serviced amplifier back to your address.
